Assistant Administration

Role and responsibilities

-          Answer and direct phone calls when necessary. 

-          Organize, coordinate and schedule appointments, programs, training, events, and etc.

-          Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

-          Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, formal letters and forms.

-          Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports.

-          Develop and maintain and filing system.

-          Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

-          Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

-          Liaise with executive and senior administrator to handle requests and queries from managers.

-          Other tasks assigned by Human Resources and Administrative manager.

 

Requirements

-          Bachelor or master degree in Business Management or relevant field.

-          Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English languages.

-          Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in Particular)

-          Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

-          Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-          Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

-         Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.

 

Working Conditions:

-          Working Days:  Monday to Saturday

-          Working Time:  8:00AM- 17:00 PM

-          Holiday:  Sunday and Public holidays
